This order is for one of the first 100 MPR308-02 rifles. These are in production now and will ship by the end of July.
The first 100 will have the following specification:
-18″ barrel
-WT flash hider / muzzle device
-Magpul CTR stock
-Magpul overmoulded pistol grip
-Black anodised finish
-13″ (short) handguard
-Enhanced nickel teflon coated trigger group
-Picatinny rail on bottom of pump shuttle to attach grips etc.
-Includes 2 x 10 round magazines
Optional accessories include Magpul RVG front grip, Ninox QD brake and Ninox QD blast diverter, spare magazines, and backup iron sights. These are available on our webstore.
The RRP of the MPR308-02 will be $3,850 INCL. GST.
We are offering the first 100 to people who have expressed interest in them from 2019 onward, in the order of interest received, for a discounted price of $3,500 INCL. GST plus shipping.
We appreciate the RRP is significantly higher than the original 2019 launch price. However, the MPR308-02 is also significantly improved over the original product.
The main improvements relate to the bolt and barrel extension. This now has a patented lug design that provides for easy, reliable extraction of fired cases regardless of how many rounds are fired.
Other improvements are to the handguard, which is now secured by two cross bolts. This allows the entire fore-end and shuttle assembly to be easily removed.
The fore-end is also held closed by a return spring in the buffer tube, instead of a fore-end lock catch. This allows a last shot hold-open device / bolt release to be fitted.
